The entire purpose of my blog is to encourage homeschooling mothers. And the most encouraging book I know is the Bible. So it stands to reason that I often share verses from God's Word via my posts in the hope that someone, somewhere might be encouraged. Here are a few verses I wanted to share today ~
Jeremiah 17:7-8 - "The man who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence indeed is the Lord, is blessed. He will be like a tree planted by water: it sends out it's roots toward a stream, it doesn't fear when heat comes, and it's foliage remains green. It will not worry in a year of drought of cease producing fruit."
Job 23:10 - "But He knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold."
Psalm 9:10 - "Those who know Your name will trust in You."
Exodus 15:2 - "The Lord is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation. This is my God, and I will praise Him..."
Numbers 23:19 - "Does He speak and not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?"
Romans 8:6 - "The mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace."
John 10:3b-4 - "He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out. When He has brought out all His own, He goes ahead of them, and His sheep follow Him because they know His voice."
Wherever we look in God's Word, Old Testament or New, the Books of the Law or the Gospels, from Genesis to Revelation, we find God to be the same yesterday, today and forever. His love for us knows no bounds, His good and perfect and pleasing will for our lives remains steadfast. He is the God of the living, not of the dead. And He is fully trustworthy today and all the tomorrows we have until we step into eternity.
Lord bless you today!
Day 204 done :)
